When two clans meet, there is always an individual that links everyone together. Caitlyn is the glue that connects Trigon Creative with BlueHive. A native of Florida, Caitlyn was first exposed to the exhibit industry at age four when her father started bringing her to work at the family-owned business. By the time she achieved her MBA at 23, Caitlyn had worked in every department and there was no doubt she had found her calling. In her role as VP of Operations, Caitlyn ensures that the company’s everyday activities run smoothly. Her duties include expense control, staff management and department supervision including monitoring revenue margins, productivity, as well as implementing new directives for growth. Caitlyn is renowned for her keen attention to detail, flexibility to work with different aspects of the company and exceptional interpersonal skills. Her infectious smile is a mainstay of the Trigon office.
